Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our designs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any worn items. If you need to try on your outfit for sizing, please wear undergarments underneath to keep the piece in pristine condition.

Each Daisy Rave piece is handmade with care, making every outfit as special as you are. Because of this, returns are limited to the conditions below:

• Returns are only accepted for sizing or product defects.
• Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customized sizes & designs are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

International Orders

For international returns (approved under defect policy), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Care for Your Daisy Rave Set 

Every Daisy Rave outfit is lovingly handmade — adorned with delicate lace, rhinestones, pearls, and custom chains. To keep your set shining bright and festival-ready, follow these gentle care steps for every magical detail.

Spot clean only. Use a soft damp cloth or Q-tip with cold water. Never scrub or soak.

No machine wash or dry cleaning. These delicate pieces need only gentle hand care.

Air dry flat. Keep away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent fading or warping.

Treat rhinestones, pearls & chains with care. Avoid pulling, twisting, or snagging.

Store flat or hang loosely. Helps maintain shape and sparkle between wears.

Extra Tip: If needed, you may lightly rinse fabric-only areas (cold water + a tiny drop of mild detergent). Avoid wetting rhinestones, pearls, or chains. Pat gently with a towel and lay flat to dry.
